It is possible to insert text from a Word document in your book. This can be done in the following ways:
Windows and Mac - Offline creator tool
1. Open your Word document and select the text you want in your book with the left mouse button.
2. Right click on the selected text and select 'Copy'.
3. Open the downloaded photo book editor by double clicking on the icon on your desktop, and open your book.
4. Add a text box on the page using “Insert”> “New Text”.
5. Double-click on the text placeholder; this opens the text editing screen. Right click and select Paste.
6. You can customise the text using the design features on the top menu bar, then click on "OK".
Online version:
1. Open your Word document and select the text you want in your book with the left mouse button.
2. Right click on the selected text and select 'Copy'.
3. Open the your photobook online.
4. Add a text box on the page via "Add text".
5. You can paste the text in the text placeholder by clicking with your left mouse button on the text box and then press "Ctrl" + "v" on your keyboard.
6. You can customise the text using the tool bar displayed next to your text box.
Please note: text in Microsoft Word contains invisible formatting characters that are not valid in our editor. These formatting characters will be copied. This may have undesirable effects on the formatting of the text. To avoid this, you can copy the text into Notepad first, and then you'll know for sure that the underlying encoding is gone.
