We provide you with an invoice by default. This invoice also includes the VAT-details of your order.
The invoice can be found as an attachment in the confirmation email we send shortly after your order has been submitted.
I haven’t received the invoice of my order
If the invoice is not attached to the confirmation email for some reason, you can always contact our customer service team and they will resend the invoice to you. Don’t forget to mention the concerning order number(s).
I want to request a custom invoice
Our customer service team can manually create a custom invoice for you, in case you want to change the address or exclude VAT.
Please contact us with the following information:
- The order number(s).
- The information that you want to change on your invoice.
- If you want to include VAT or not.
Once received, our customer service team will manually create the invoice and send it to your email address.
